You can order our products on our secure shopping cart 24-hours a day. All orders on the online store are shipped either by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Please check the chart below for shipping times to your area. The times listed on the chart are business days, that is, Monday through Friday.
The following items could delay your shipment:
1) You do not enter the correct billing statement address of your credit card. The "billing address" is the address on file with your credit card company to which they send your statement each month. Authorize Net does check your order with your credit card company. We can ship to a different address, but if the billing address is not a match on our Authorize Net receipt, we will need to get that resolved, or we will void the order.
2) We are out of stock on an item that you order. Generally, if it is on the site, we have it in stock. We update the site several times each day. If we are sold out of an item that you have ordered, we will try to call you immediately, so please leave us an accurate contact number.
3) You enter your order after our shipping cut-off time. Generally, we cut orders at 4 pm Central Time. This time is NOT guaranteed. If we are very busy, we will cut shipping for the day earlier.
Please add your correct email address and phone number so that we can contact you in the event of any problem or delay in your order. Please feel free to call the office at 1-888-748-4755 or 1-662-841-5644 if you have any questions about the delivery time of your shipment.
Please note that we do not buy, sell, or trade customer information nor will you receive any unsolicited e-mail (spam) from us. If we take your email address, we will only use it to contact you as a last resort. We do enter it into the FedEx or UPS shipping software so they can automatically send your tracking number and shipping updates.
Online ordering is only available for shipping within the US and territories, and we do not accept credit cards online that are not issued by a United States bank. If you wish to pay with a credit card issued by an International Bank, please call the office.
