Q. How quickly do you ship?

We ship on the same day that you place your order if you place the order before 4 pm Central Time. Orders placed 4 pm or later will ship the following business day.

Q. Why aren't the bags larger?

Our largest bags are about the same size as a standard paper grocery bag. We looked at larger bags, but grocery bags can get heavy in a hurry when loaded with groceries, so we tried to make the bags as large as is practical.

Q. All bags wear out eventually. How long will these bags last?

We offer economy bags and heavy duty bags. We expect any bag to last for a year or more, but that depends totally on how often you use the bags and how you use the bags. One thing is for sure. You will get plenty of use out of our heavy duty bags.

Q. Can I recycle these bags after use? In most cases the answer is yes. Look at your bag to see if there is recycling information on the bag. The number inside of the recycling symbol will tell your recycling center the type of material used and how best to recycle that product.
